Ford RS3100 Cologne Capri Group 2. The Ultimate Group 2 Touring Car – for 1974 Ford Motor Company set their sights on winning the European touring Car Championship, and built the RS3100 to take the fight to BMW. With 3.4L quad – cam 24 valve V6 engine. With 440bhp the Capri proved unstoppable in the second half of the season. We are pleased to offer this RS3100 Capri, built by Ric Wood Motorsport, and eligible for Peter Auto Historic Touring Cup as well as Motor Racing Legends Series and other Historic Touring Car Championships such as Iberian Touring Cars, HSCC. Built in 2017 with a new Ford GAA 3.4L engine, and mated to a new ZF 5 speed gearbox, both of which have been refreshed and are sold at 0 miles, this car is ideal for the best Historic Touring Car racing in the UK and Europe. Proven to be extremely competitive in Historic Racing regularly winning races with Ric Wood/Adam Morgan . Also complete with current (10 year) FIA HTP papers. Complete with spare set of wheels and various running spares, this car provides a front running entry to historic touring car racing.
